Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and ZenQuill Inc. ("Earned", "we", "us") for the Earned app, website, and related services. When you create an account, request access, tap to agree, or use Earned, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Earned.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age your local law sets for online consent, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. By using Earned you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.

Keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at info@zenquill.ai if you think someone else got in. Do not impersonate others or create accounts to dodge a suspension.

Earned is a Meta glasses app that helps you build positive habits and turn glasses footage into a daily day-in-the-life reel—your documentary, one day at a time. We work with Meta glasses; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

Features may include habit tracking and verification, glasses connect, clip review and send, include/skip for daily reels, and related tools. Private beta features can change.

Honesty is the point. Do not:

• Fake or game habit verification, spoof wearable data, or submit staged or borrowed evidence.
• Upload or share illegal content, content that sexualizes minors, malware, spam, or anything you do not have rights to share.
• Harass, bully, hate, threaten, or doxx anyone.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or try to break the service or others' privacy.

We can remove content or accounts that break these rules and, in serious cases, report to authorities.

You own your clips and posts. Only clips you review and send leave your phone. You choose which clips to include in each day's reel. Habit verification does not block you from receiving a daily reel.

You grant Earned a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and deliver your content so the service works (including habit scoring and reel assembly). That license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law or that were already shared as you directed.

Earned is free to start. Plus is $9.99 per month for more than three highlight reels. Host is $30 per month for serious creators. In-app digital goods and subscriptions are sold through Apple In-App Purchase in the iOS app (including challenge tickets when live). Creator subscriptions on the web use Stripe checkout linked from the app. Plans may auto-renew at the then-current price until you cancel.

Cancel Apple subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel Stripe web subscriptions from your account billing page. Apple refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policy. We may change prices with notice before a renewal is affected.

With your permission, Earned may read Apple Health or wearable metrics to verify habits, and may access Photos / glasses-related media you authorize so you can review and send clips. Details are in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke permissions in device settings; some features need them to work.

Features like clip descriptions and habit scoring may use AI. Outputs can be wrong. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Use your judgment. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, for legal or security reasons, or if we retire the service. Surviving terms (disclaimers, liability limits, licenses already needed for shared content) remain.

Earned is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted service or perfect verification or AI results.

To the extent permitted by law, ZenQuill Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim relating to Earned is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars. Some places disallow certain limits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless your local consumer law gives you non-waivable rights.

We may update these terms as Earned grows. Meaningful changes get an updated date and, when it matters, notice in the app. Keeping using Earned after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
